The digital world has created poor communication habits. Email is a productivity killer and usually a distraction from tasks that actually matter. people often copy multiple people on emails to get it off their plate. This distracts everyone else by creating noise against the tasks they’re trying to accomplish and is a sign of laziness. If you receive an email where many people are CC'd, do everyone a favor by BCCing them on your reply. If your email chain goes beyond two replies, it’s time to pick up the phone. Increase your productivity by scheduling a call.....hope my friends in the corporate world understands this.
My feeling for world through my eyes, ears and heart & described under instruction of brain.

Work for goal not for time.
isn't 9-5 a Very traditional concept ?When we are not standing In a assembly line and adding some pieces then why we continue to measure ourself with 9-5 presence. For that matter why this formula should be there for my kids going to school, doctors spending time in hospitals and so and so forth. Neither it bring happiness to individual nor it improves the productivity. This puts everyone just feeling that he is not important rather his presence is only which is required and take everything as routine. The autonomy factor is lost. A freedom to come and leave has higher potential to improve output, learning and efficiency.
One should himself feel why he is sitting on his desk and the reason should be enough motivating to continue doing so.
He or she should be passionately doing it and owning it . This leaves any chance of distrust between superior and junior. Based on the work , one should himself decide when to start and how long to seat to meet the deadlines.
Let them do it in the ways they see fit.
Happiness and productivity is linked to trust. I believe even the school children will learn more if they are freed from this culture.
Can we change this tradition? I know some of the modern companies and schools are doing it but in a very shuttle way...cannot it be done in full fledged way. Let me decide how long I will take to finish the job assigned to me and I won't mind doing it beyond defined hours without any pressure...is it possible!!!
